My Lush order showed up with everything exactly as I picked it, no missing stuff and no random wrong items. i was happy with it.

I’m always finding something new on lush.com, so it’s an easy 5 stars from me. They’ve got bath bombs, soaps, hair care, skincare, gifts, basically all the usual stuff you’d expect, plus plenty that feels a bit different. Common sense really, if a site has a good range and it’s nice to browse, you’re going to keep going back. I even end up looking around when I’m not planning to buy anything.

I really liked these bath bombs and the shampoo bar. They smelled fresh right away, and nothing about them felt cheap or overly artificial. Compared to some other bath products I’ve used, these didn’t leave my skin feeling dry or tight afterward, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I feel better ordering from them because they don’t use a bunch of unnecessary plastic. It’s nice to get what I need without feeling like I’m throwing away half the packaging right after. Just makes sense.

Not gonna lie, I was impressed with how clean the lush store was today. It was busy, but the floors, counters, and sinks all looked really well taken care of. I could pick things up and browse without anything feeling messy or sticky, which I appreciated. The staff were also tidying the displays while helping customers, so everything felt organized. Overall, it was a really nice visit.

I’ve ordered from lush.com a few times now, and one of the things I really appreciate is how little packaging waste there is. The box wasn’t oversized, there was paper padding instead of a bunch of plastic, and everything still arrived in good shape. A few items didn’t have extra wrapping at all, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’d asked support about it once and they basically said they try to keep packaging minimal where they can, and that’s definitely been my experience. It just feels good not having a bin full of rubbish after one order. 5 stars from me

I’ve been really happy with how easy it is to find vegan stuff on LUSH. I tried a few bath bombs and shampoo bars they’ve all been great. For once, shopping doesn’t feel like a whole annoying scavenger hunt. I was ready to complain about having to double-check everything, but nope, they made it simple. Love that.

I walked in and the store smelled so, so good right away. The staff were super chill and easygoing, which made it feel relaxed. It did get a little crowded over by the bath bombs, but the overall atmosphere was really nice.

I’ve bought from lush for a while, and I’m not trying to bash them or act like they’re the worst, because obviously they do talk a lot about being cruelty free. That’s actually one of the main reasons I felt okay spending money there in the first place.

But the more I looked into it, the less confident I felt. Some details about suppliers and ingredient testing weren’t as easy to find as I expected, and I don’t think it’s unfair to want clearer answers instead of just vague feel-good wording.

Maybe they really are doing more than a lot of other brands, and if so, great. I just personally need more proof before I keep ordering, so for now I’m probably going to hold off.

I mostly buy from Lush because the products work well for me, but I also appreciate that they seem to stand up for things they care about instead of staying quiet. The no animal testing policy is a big deal to me, too. I’ve generally had a good experience ordering from them and I’m usually happy with what I get.

I ordered a few bath bombs and a shower gel from lush.com, the smell was amazing right away. I could smell everything before I even opened the box lol. The fruity scents are definitely my favorite, and I was surprised that they actually lingered on my skin for a while. I’m giving 4 stars because a few of the scents, especially the sweeter ones, can be a little too strong for me. But overall I’m really happy with what I got and I’d definitely order again. Next time I’ll just be a bit more careful choosing the fragrances. It still felt like such a nice little treat for myself

Customer service was polite too, which isn’t always the case with returns, as some places seem to make you work for your own money back. Overall, really happy with how simple it was.
